Karen Hokansson was certified as an ISO 30401 Auditor in June 2021. Karen is a top-producing project manager with significant experience in KM and quality management, documentation management, production, technical writing, and editing in both private industry and Department of Defense organizations. She is also an ISO 9001 and 20000 certified auditor and an LSS Greenbelt. Currently, she is the Senior Knowledge Manager at the U.S. Department of the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer.
