KM/HR Systems Auditors principals are Patricia L. Eng, P.E. and Dr. Ronald McKinley. Patricia has decades of auditing and inspection experience, is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and the first certified ISO 30401 Auditor (2019).  Ron is former Chair of ISO Technical Committee 260, Human Resource Management, and Chair of ISO Technical Committee 304 - Healthcare Organization Management where he led efforts to create, develop, and publish multiple ISO human resource management standards.
