The overall objectives of this course are: 1) for students to learn about the requirements of ISO 30401; the expectations, skills, and ethics applicable to ISO auditors; and auditing techniques; 2) for students to be able to organize, plan, and conduct KM systems conformance audits for organizations seeking certification to the ISO 30401 standard.
